Shipping:

• Free shipping on all items.  
• Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days and a tracking number will be emailed to you.
• If applicable, buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

The Beau McCall Shop has a strict no refund policy.

But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

We gladly accept returns for exchange within the following deadlines:

• Contact us within: 7 days of delivery.
• Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery.
• Exchanges are a one-time courtesy per order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged:

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

• Items on sale
• Books/Catalogs

Conditions of return:

• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. 
• If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
